Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions: Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 Giveaway
- Promoter: The giveaway is run by Ecoswap Ltd (“Ecoswap”), in collaboration with 11 partner brands who are each contributing a prize.
- Eligibility: Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. One entry per person. Employees of Ecoswap or participating partner brands, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form on the Ecoswap website between 12 May 2025 and 18 May 2025, including their full name and email address.
- Prizes: Each of the 12 participating brands is contributing a prize. Ecoswap is contributing a £30 Ecoswap Gift Card as one of the prizes. The full list of prizes will be published on the giveaway page.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the giveaway closing.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
- Prize Fulfilment: Ecoswap is responsible for managing the entry process, conducting the prize draw, and delivering the Ecoswap Gift Card prize. All other prizes will be fulfilled directly by the respective partner brands. Ecoswap is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or fulfilment of any third-party prizes.
- Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive emails relating to the giveaway. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- General: No cash alternative is available. Ecoswap reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, cancel the giveaway, or amend these terms where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Governing Law: This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By participating in this promotional offer, you agree to comply with both the standard terms and conditions and these additional promotional terms. Ecoswap Group LTD reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of gift cards or discounts, in cases of fraudulent activity, unauthorised use, or other violations of these terms. These promotional terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
