Business Referral Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The referred business must be a first-time Ecoswap customer, or must not have placed an order with Ecoswap in the preceding twenty-four (24) months.
1.2 There is no limit to the number of businesses a single individual may refer under this programme.
2. Referral Process
2.1 To qualify as a valid referral, the referrer must make a warm introduction via email, copying Ecoswap at info@ecoswap.uk and including the relevant contact at the referred business.
2.2 Where the referrer and the referred buyer are the same person (for example, introducing Ecoswap into their own organisation), the referrer must notify Ecoswap of this at the point of enquiry.
3. Reward Structure
3.1 Rewards will be issued to the referrer based on the value of the referred business’s order(s), exclusive of VAT, as follows:

| £500 – £999 | £50 gift card |
| £1,000 – £2,499 | £150 gift card |
| £2,500 – £4,999 | £300 gift card |
| £5,000+ | £500 gift card |
3.2 Rewards will be calculated either:
a) Per order (if separate) within a twelve (12) month period from the date of the referred business’s first purchase; or
b) Based on the cumulative total of orders placed by the referred business within a twelve (12) month period from the date of the first purchase.
4. Payout Conditions
4.1 Referral rewards will be issued only after the referred business’s first invoice has been paid in full.
4.2 Rewards will be issued in the form of an Ecoswap gift card, delivered via email.
4.3 Rewards are typically processed within fourteen (14) days of invoice payment.
5. Fair Use and Abuse
5.1 Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Ecoswap reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or non-disclosed self-referrals.
5.2 Ecoswap reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time, including changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or payout conditions, without prior notice.
